I am a college student who was looking to buy a house in Lubbock. Rosa was available to meet me whenever I needed, which was normally on the weekends. Rosa met me at close to 30 times, on her own time. She is a wonderful Realtor and person! I would recommend her to anyone who is even thinking about buying real estate.
I wasn't sure I could even buy a home, and Rosa did not hesitate to help me even though I was young and had no idea if I could qualify. She took me to a mortgage company and gave me advice for everything. She met me ANYTIME I wanted (which was a lot!).We probably looked at 50 houses before we found the PERFECT one. I bought my home with her help at $30000 less than what it is appraised for. I still contact her with questions a month after closing on my home, and she is at my door if needed. She is a great real estate agent and a great person!! Thanks for everything
Rosa has done a great job in bringing many brokers in to market my home along with many open houses which have brought interest an offer for my home. She has helped in many ways with suggestions and tips to best market my home. Great experience

I am a first time home buyer . I bought my house with the help of Rosa McGuire. I was giving up on finding a realtor that would sit down with me and help me make the right choices. I had so many questions and I had no idea where to start or what to do. I meet Rosa on her web page. She called me cause she saw that I was looking at houses. We talked for a long time that day. She was not scared about being honest with me. She told me how the housing market really is. We met up with her at this not so good house and she told me you dont want this one. I was like ok. So I gave her my list of houses that I wanted to look at. We looked at every house that had a MLS # that was in my price range. They were not good houses. So I was giving up. I sat down and told Rosa that maybe we needed to wait a little bit and try again. Well that night I decided to look one more time and I found my house! I called Rosa right back which was like at midnight. She answered and we agreed to go look at it the next day which was a Saturday When we were looking at the house she told me that I had until the next day at midnight to put in my bid. Rosa worked so hard for me and got everything done in time for me to put in my bid Sunday afternoon. My house wasnt just a normal home. It was a forclosure and I qualified for the $100 down payment. There was a lot of extra things to be done for me to get my house. Rosa never gave up and keep fighting even thought there was things that she was unsure about. Without Rosa and her persistence I wouldnt have my house today. Rosa had treated my family and I like we were buying a million dollar house even though we got our house for $63, 000. Rosa has become a good friend of my family and we talk pretty often. She is not just a realtor she is my friend. That says a lot about her character.
Buying a home is a big step in anyones life. The rules and regulations are scary,but with Rosa, she was there to guide us and protect us. Rosa made herself available any time we called and went beyond the call of duty to answer or find answers to questions we had. Rosa was there when things got rough and got us through it. I thought it was not possible for us to buy but Rosa got us with a Mortage Co (Primewest) which the people there were a pleasure to work with. Rosa, made my dream come true and I was truely blessed and will always be thankful to her and her husband Mike. They are like a part of our family now! Time for BBQ at the new home
Rosa is fantastic, she was very proactive, positive and enthusiastic. Any questions we had, never had any issues calling her and getting the info we needed.
